Over the last forty years much research has been conducted into how we can use our minds to influence our physical health and well-being. Professor Leslie Walker is the Director of the Institute of Rehabilitation (University of Hull) and the Founding Director of the Oncology Health Centres (Hull and East Yorkshire NHS Hospital Trust). He is leading the research into psychoneuroimmunology in the UK today.
